About the Role

We are looking for 4 energetic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility is to contact leads generated through our marketing campaigns, qualify their requirements, and schedule meetings for our business development team.

Key Responsibilities

Call inbound leads received from advertisements and marketing campaigns.
Follow up with warm leads and nurture them until they are ready for a sales discussion.
Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects regularly to maximize conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead feedback and quality improvements.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, telesales,



or lead generation.
Excellent communication skills in English , Hindi (Telugu is an added advantage).
Robust persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day.
Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

80–120 outbound calls per day.
20–30 meaningful conversations daily.
8–10 qualified leads per day.
3–5 meetings booked per day.
Lead follow-up within 24 hours.
Monthly conversion targets as assigned.
