About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Assessment Research & Content Intern to support the development of our Assessment AI platform.

In this role, you will research different types of assessments, understand how they are structured and evaluated, and systematically document the different question types, formats, skills, difficulty levels, and assessment methodologies used across them.





This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys research, reading, analysing information, and creating highly structured documentation. You will work closely with the product and assessment teams to build the research foundation that powers our AI-generated assessments.

Key Responsibilities
- Research different types of assessments used for aptitude, technical, domain, behavioural, and other skill-based evaluations.
- Study existing assessment frameworks, question formats, assessment patterns, and evaluation methodologies.
- Research and document different question types and question structures used across assessments.
- Categorise questions based on factors such as topic, difficulty, question, etc.
- Analyse assessment platforms, tests, question banks, academic resources, and other credible sources to identify relevant question patterns.
