Role Description The Sales Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves supporting the sales team with lead tracking, preparing quotations and proposals, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating follow-ups with clients and channel partners. The Sales Support Executive will manage order processing, assist with contract documentation, and ensure timely communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.



Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing sales reports, updating CRM systems, and providing administrative support to help the sales function run efficiently. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in customer service, relationship management, and client communication to effectively support the sales team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools.
Ability to handle data entry, documentation, and report generation with attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
