Job Description - IT Executive

We are looking for a practical and dependable IT Executive to handle the day-to-day IT requirements of the office. The role is suited to someone who can execute tasks efficiently and on time, resolve routine issues independently, use contemporary productivity tools including AI responsibly, coordinate with vendors when required,



and keep the concerned team informed until closure.

Key Responsibilities
1. Day-to-Day IT Support
• Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, email, Microsoft Office and other office
applications.
• Install and configure systems, software, printers and user accounts for employees.
• Troubleshoot routine hardware, software and connectivity issues and ensure issues are followed through to closure.
• Provide IT support for meetings, video calls, projectors and presentations.

2. Microsoft 365 & User Administration
• Support Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Office and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Create, modify or deactivate user accounts and access based on approved instructions.
• Assist with basic permissions, password resets, email and access-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Microsoft/IT support vendor for issues that need specialist intervention.
