Role Description The Paid Campaign Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Chinthamani Madurai. This role is responsible for planning, executing,



and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive awareness, patient acquisition, and engagement for Optimum Health services. Daily activities include setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, analyzing data, and adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative elements to improve results. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and clinical stakeholders, to align campaign objectives with business goals and ensure accurate, compliant messaging. The role also involves preparing performance reports, managing campaign timelines and budgets, and recommending new strategies and channels to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications

Strong campaign management skills, including experience planning and executing paid campaigns across multiple channels.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns, with the ability to oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycles.
