We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Leasing professional to drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation for our commercial office space portfolio. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client and channel partner relationships, managing proposals and RFPs, and leading client pitches through to closure.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Commercial Real Estate / Office Leasing, excellent business development capabilities, and the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers and leadership teams.

Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
Drive the end-to-end business development cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal development, client presentations, negotiations, and closure.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, occupiers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), channel partners, and local broker networks.




Build and continuously expand the client and channel partner network to generate a healthy business pipeline.
Manage RFPs and proposals, including understanding client requirements, coordinating inputs, preparing presentations, presenting solutions, and driving the process towards closure.
Ensure accurate and timely inputs for the finalization of lease agreements and completion of lease documentation for new closures, renewals, and expansions based on client office space requirements.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable commercial office space solutions aligned with their business and workplace needs.
Lead client pitches and negotiations while ensuring a high level of customer experience and relationship management.
Build and manage relationships with key clients and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the leasing process.
