Sell AI to Businesses Across the US & UK
Ywork.ai is looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help us grow across the US and UK construction markets.
Your job is simple to understand but challenging to master:
Start conversations with potential customers, understand their problems, create interest in Ywork.ai, and book qualified meetings.
The primary channel for doing this will be cold calling.
If you enjoy speaking with new people, handling objections, and turning a cold conversation into a business opportunity, this role could be a excellent fit.

Ywork.ai is a UK-based AI company solving one of the biggest problems in the $11 trillion global construction industry: estimation. Our platform automates quantity takeoffs, helping contractors across the US and UK estimate projects faster and more accurately.

What You’ll Own
You’ll be responsible for creating new sales opportunities across the US and UK markets.
That includes:
Making outbound cold calls to potential customers
Speaking with contractors, business owners, estimators, and other decision-makers
Introducing Ywork.ai and communicating the value of our product
Understanding prospects' challenges and qualifying opportunities
Handling initial questions and objections
Booking qualified meetings and demos
Following up through calls, email, and LinkedIn
