About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Operations Associate who is highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and robust at execution.
This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, data, creative operations, and business operations. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, creative, and leadership teams to ensure campaigns, reports, trackers, creatives, and day-to-day marketing operations run smoothly.




This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets, campaigns, and multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Operations
Support the execution and day-to-day operations of performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
Maintain campaign trackers, budgets, performance reports, and marketing dashboards.
Monitor campaign performance and identify discrepancies, gaps, or unusual trends.
Coordinate with performance marketers to ensure campaigns are launched, updated, and monitored on time.
Track key metrics such as leads, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, spend, and revenue.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the marketing and leadership teams.
Assist in campaign-level reconciliation of spend, leads, sales, and revenue.
Data & Reporting
Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers and dashboards.
Consolidate data from CRM, ad plat
