Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Business Development role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with corporate clients seeking office, residential and office space Design & Build or warehousing solutions.



Responsibilities include conducting market research on commercial real estate trends, presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The Sales Business Development professional will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution, maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports, and deliver consistent customer service throughout the client lifecycle. The role also includes visiting properties, participating in client meetings, and representing TrueSeed.in at relevant industry events or networking opportunities.
