Role Description The Student Success Professional – Retention & Academic Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role focuses on supporting learners throughout their academic journey, monitoring engagement and performance,



and implementing retention strategies to help learners stay on track and complete their programs successfully. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with university and internal academic teams, tracking academic progress, resolving learner queries, and escalating complex issues when needed. The position also involves managing academic operations such as scheduling, reporting, and process documentation, while using data to identify at-risk learners and proactively offering support. The professional collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance learner experience, streamline processes, and align support initiatives with UNext Learning’s mission of accessible, outcome-driven education.
