Role Summary The NPD Manager – Snacks will lead end-to-end product development for Anveshan’s traditional Indian snack portfolio, from concept and recipe development through trials, scale-up and commercial launch. The role will combine hands-on product development with strong technical understanding of external manufacturing, as Anveshan operates through a 100% third-party / co-packer manufacturing model. The role will work across products such as thekua, murukku, chakli, namak paara, naan khatai and ghee atta biscuits. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable developing products hands-on, working on the factory floor and managing multiple co-packers to deliver consistent quality at commercial scale.



Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end New Product Development from concept, recipe development and prototyping to pilot trials, commercial scale-up and launch. • Develop and improve traditional Indian snack products with focus on authentic taste, texture, ingredient quality, process consistency and commercial viability. • Conduct hands-on kitchen, lab and factory trials and translate successful recipes into robust commercial manufacturing processes. • Develop product specifications, recipes, process parameters, batch standards and manufacturing SOPs. • Work closely with Founders, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations to convert consumer and business requirements into successful product launches. • Lead product innovation across current flavours, formats, ingredients and product extensions.
