Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end merchandising for soft toy product lines — from concept development to retail readiness, aligning with seasonal trends and buyer expectations.
Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure products are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with brand positioning.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times to meet budget and delivery targets.
Analyze sales data, market feedback, and competitor offerings to refine assortments and drive inventory efficiency.
Prepare and present merchandising plans, sell sheets,
and pricing strategies for internal stakeholders and global retail buyers.
Drive cross-functional alignment with logistics, quality, and marketing to ensure on-time, on-brand, and on-spec product delivery.
