About the position
This position reports directly to the Sr. Marketing Project Coordinator and will assist in the execution and coordination of marketing projects and campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering information from various stakeholders, generating reports, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The role involves managing timelines, organizing events, and ensuring that all marketing projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.




Key Responsibilities
• Assist the team in coordinating and executing marketing projects and campaigns.
• Gather information from internal stakeholders, such as department heads, designers, and external vendors, to compile comprehensive project updates.
• Prepare and maintain reports on project progress, key metrics, and outcomes, ensuring data is collected and analyzed efficiently.
• Support the development and scheduling of marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with timelines.
• Conduct research to assess market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activities, and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Coordinate logistics for both online and on-campus events, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all aspects are covered.
