Role Description The Temple Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily operations and activities at the temple associated with Ek Ishwar. The role includes coordinating pujas and rituals, managing schedules for priests and support staff, and ensuring all devotional services run smoothly and on time. The Temple Coordinator will liaise with devotees, address queries, support special events and festivals, and maintain a welcoming, respectful workplace.



The position also involves basic administrative duties, coordination with the central Ek Ishwar team for integrated digital offerings, and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage temple schedules, events, and daily activities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with devotees, priests, and staff in a respectful and inclusive manner.
Comfort with basic digital tools and platforms to coordinate with Ek Ishwar’s online ecosystem and central team.
Ability to handle administrative tasks, record-keeping, and basic reporting related to temple operations.
Familiarity with Hindu devotional practices, festivals, and rituals; ability to support them in a culturally sensitive way.
