Role Description The Technical Coach role at GSR Webstudio is a remote position focused on guiding team members and clients in best practices for web development and digital marketing. In this role, the Technical Coach will conduct training sessions, create learning materials,



and provide one-on-one support to help others build technical skills and troubleshoot issues. The Technical Coach will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and marketing specialists to review workflows, improve processes, and ensure consistent use of tools and technologies. Daily responsibilities include assessing skill gaps, recommending training plans, documenting standards, and offering explicit, constructive feedback. Qualifications
Experience coaching or mentoring in a technical environment, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
