Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled PCB Assembly & Testing Technician who has hands-on knowledge of SMT and PTH PCB assembly, good soldering skills, basic electronics understanding, and the ability to read electronic schematics. The candidate should be able to assemble, inspect, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and PCB assemblies using standard tools and instruments such as CRO/oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply, soldering station, and testing jigs.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform PCB assembly work for both SMT and through-hole/PTH components.
Carry out manual soldering, de-soldering, rework, and repair of PCB assemblies.
Identify and handle basic electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, connectors, relays, LEDs, switches, and sensors.
Read and understand electronic schematics, PCB layouts, BOM,



and assembly drawings.
Inspect solder joints, component mounting quality, polarity, orientation, and workmanship.
Troubleshoot PCB circuits and identify faults at component or circuit level.
Use CRO/oscilloscope, multimeter, regulated power supply, function generator, and other electronics testing instruments.
Support PCB functional testing using test procedures, test fixtures, and testing jigs.
Replace faulty components and verify proper circuit performance after repair.
Follow ESD safety, work instructions, and production/quality procedures.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
PCB Assembly: SMT and PTH assembly process, component handling, board cleaning, and inspection.
Soldering: Valuable hands-on manual soldering, de-soldering, jumper work, and rework skills.
Schematic Reading: Ability to read basic electronic schematics and understand signal/power flow.
