Software Engineer – Cloud & DevOps Experience: 4-8 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a Software Engineer who brings strong development skills alongside hands-on cloud and DevOps experience. The ideal candidate is a proficient coder - backend or frontend - who can independently manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments without relying on a dedicated DevOps team.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop backend services, APIs, or frontend applications
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform or equivalent IaC tools
Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
Manage cloud environments (development, staging, production) on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Implement security best practices, secrets management, monitoring, and observability
Deploy and support AI/ML workloads and inference services in production

Required Skills
4–8 years of software engineering experience in backend or frontend development




Solid coding proficiency in Python, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform — AWS, Azure, or GCP
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
Familiarity with cloud security practices, IAM, networking, and secrets management
Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools as part of the daily engineering workflow

Preferred Skills
Experience with Generative AI applications, LLM APIs, or RAG architectures
Exposure to MLOps or LLMOps practices
Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD

Ideal Candidate: A developer who takes full ownership of what they build - from writing clean, maintainable code to deploying and operating it in production. Someone who sees cloud and DevOps not as someone else's responsibility, but as a natural extension of good engineering.
