Role Description The Senior Academic Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for guiding learners through their academic and career journeys. Day-to-day tasks include providing individualized academic advising, supporting course selection and program planning, and helping learners understand degree and certification requirements.



The Senior Academic Advisor will offer student counseling and career counseling, including goal-setting, career path exploration, and preparation for internships or job opportunities. The role involves monitoring learner progress, identifying academic or personal challenges, and coordinating interventions or referrals to appropriate support services. The Senior Academic Advisor will also collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to improve advising processes, contribute to orientation and information sessions, and support initiatives that enhance learner engagement and success.
