Scope of Business:
· Visit retail outlets and support sales activities in the assigned territory.
· Ensure product availability and visibility at retail stores.
· Build relationships with retailers and assist in generating orders.
· Support distributors in market coverage and outlet expansion.
· Execute promotional activities and product launches in the market.
· Collect market feedback and competitor information.
· Ensure proper stock rotation and freshness of dairy products at outlets.
· Achieve sales and distribution objectives assigned by the Area Sales Manager.
· Maintain daily sales reports and market visit records.
· Learn and develop sales, negotiation, and market execution skills through on-the-job training.
Profile expected:
· Minimum qualification:



10th Standard / 12th Standard / ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate.
· Freshers and candidates with sales experience are welcome to apply.
· Passion for sales, customer interaction, and field work.
· Good communication skills and willingness to learn and grow in the FMCG/Dairy industry.
· Ready to travel within the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
