About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented person to manage and monitor the day-to-day working of our Sales and Sourcing team.
The person will ensure that the team is working towards its targets, leads are properly followed up, CRM is updated, reports are maintained, and management gets clear visibility of sales performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is valuable with people, numbers, follow-ups and execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Target Tracking
Track daily performance of the Sales and Sourcing team.
Monitor individual and team targets.
Follow up with team members on pending leads and activities.
Identify gaps in performance and bring them to management's attention.
Push the team to achieve monthly targets.
2. CRM Management
Ensure every lead is entered and updated correctly in the CRM.
Track calls, follow-ups, site visits and bookings.
Monitor pending and old leads.
Ensure no lead is missed or left unattended.




Maintain proper CRM discipline across the team.
3. Reports & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track leads, calls, site visits, bookings and revenue.
Maintain simple performance dashboards.
Share clear updates with management.
Highlight important issues, delays and performance gaps.
4. Team Follow-up
Conduct regular follow-ups with Sales and Sourcing team members.
Ensure daily activities are completed on time.
Coordinate with team members to remove execution-related problems.
Maintain accountability for assigned targets and activities.
5. Coordination
Coordinate with Marketing for leads and campaigns.
Coordinate with Channel Partners/Sourcing teams.
Coordinate with Finance and other internal teams for booking and collection-related updates.
Ensure information flows properly between different teams.
6. Process & Discipline
Ensure the team follows the company's sales process.
