Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can independently manage, optimise, and scale paid advertising campaigns for both Thynkgrow's clients and internal campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms, a solid understanding of marketing funnels and conversion tracking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions that improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.




Manage campaigns for lead generation, e-commerce, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Develop campaign structures, targeting strategies, budget allocation, and scaling plans.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion rate.
Continuously test and optimise audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
Identify winning campaigns and implement appropriate scaling strategies.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop performance-oriented ad creatives and copies.
Work with the web development team to identify and communicate landing page, website, and conversion funnel improvements.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tracking syste
