Role Description A Pre-Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the Sales team by understanding inbound client requirements, conducting secondary research, and developing customized samples with relevant market insights. The role is research-intensive,



with approximately 60–70% focused on research and sample development and 30–40% on pre-sales and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand leads and client requirements to determine the relevant research approach.
• Conduct secondary research using credible sources and industry information.
• Develop customized samples based on the client's market, industry, geography, or specific requirement.
• Add relevant market insights, trends, drivers, opportunities, and competitive information to the samples.
• Analyze and present research findings in a transparent, concise, and client-friendly manner.
• Work closely with the Sales team to provide research inputs and strengthen sales pitches.
• Support the preparation of sample pages, market snapshots, presentations, and other pre-sales materials.
• Coordinate with the Research team for technical or market-specific inputs when required.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of samples and research inputs.
