Job Role
We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Software Trainer to train students in current software technologies and help them develop the practical skills required for the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver effective classroom and online training sessions.
Train students in one or more technologies based on expertise, such as:
Python
Java
Full Stack Development
MERN Stack
React JS
Data Analytics
Data Science
AWS / Cloud Computing
Software Testing
Other relevant IT technologies
Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
Conduct hands-on sessions, coding practice, projects, and real-time case studies.
Develop and update course content based on industry requirements.
Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
Provide individual mentoring and technical guidance to students.




Support students in completing academic and real-time projects.
Conduct mock interviews and technical interview preparation sessions.
Coordinate with the placement and academic teams to improve student employability.
Maintain attendance, student progress, assessment records, and training reports.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge and practical experience in the relevant technology domain.
Good programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
Experience with real-time projects or industry exposure will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle both classroom and online training sessions.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students towards successful IT careers.
