Role Description The Sales Associate role at V-Mart Retail Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi.The Sales Associate is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs,



and guiding them to suitable products across V-Mart’s various formats and categories. Daily activities include maintaining product displays, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, handling customer queries, and providing product information to support purchasing decisions. The role also involves processing sales transactions accurately, managing returns or exchanges in line with company policy, and keeping the store clean and organized. Sales Associates are expected to contribute to achieving store sales targets, follow standard operating procedures, and collaborate closely with store leadership and colleagues to deliver a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
Solid customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers in a professional and respectful manner.
