Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Raurkela. The Life Insurance Agent will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial protection and savings needs, recommend suitable LIC insurance products, and support them throughout the policy issuance process.



Daily activities include generating leads, conducting customer meetings, explaining policy features and benefits, and assisting with documentation and application completion. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, handling queries and policy servicing, and coordinating with branch staff to ensure timely processing of proposals and claims. The agent is expected to adhere to regulatory guidelines, meet sales targets ethically, and participate in training and development programs offered by LIC.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively promote and explain life insurance products.
