About the Role

We are looking for a Content Engineer who can turn research, founder insights, business information, and industry trends into high-quality LinkedIn content for our clients.
This is not a basic content writing role.
You will be expected to understand the client's ICP, positioning, expertise, tone, and business goals and create content that sounds like the founder while building authority.

Key Responsibilities
Research clients, industries, competitors, and trending topics.
Convert research into strong LinkedIn post ideas.
Write founder-led LinkedIn posts, carousels,



and thought leadership content.
Develop hooks, storytelling angles, opinions, and content frameworks.
Turn founder experiences and conversations into compelling stories.
Maintain each client's unique tone and positioning.
Create content aligned with the client's ICP and business objectives.
Repurpose existing content into recent LinkedIn formats.
Work with the design team to develop content briefs for carousels and static posts.
Review and improve content based on performance data.
Ensure content is original, insightful, and free from generic AI-generated language.
