Role Overview
V-Rich is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital growth across performance marketing, CRM, customer engagement, and brand-led digital initiatives. The role will own key digital growth levers, driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across all digital touchpoints in a quick-paced D2C environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies across performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email, marketplaces, display, and other digital channels.
Own performance marketing outcomes across paid channels, with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversions, and revenue growth.
Analyze campaign, customer, and channel data to identify actionable insights and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Identify emerging trends, consumer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities to optimize marketing investments and scale efficiently.
Develop and implement growth strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, repeat purchases,



and overall customer value across V-Rich’s D2C ecosystem.
Drive a culture of experimentation through A/B testing, multivariate testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Partner closely with Creative, Brand, Product, Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and consistent brand communication.
Lead and manage relationships with digital agencies, media partners, technology vendors, and platform partners to maximize performance and innovation.
Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools, marketing technologies, automation platforms, and digital solutions to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Monitor and improve key D2C metrics including ABV, LTV, CAC, DAU, MAU, retention rate, repeat purchase rate, conversion rate, and category adoption.
