Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Internal Auditor role based in Lucknow. The Internal Auditor will conduct financial and operational audits, review internal controls, and assess compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include examining financial records, preparing clear audit reports, identifying risks and process gaps, and recommending practical improvements. The role involves collaborating with finance and operations teams, following up on audit findings, and supporting the development of stronger internal control frameworks.



The Internal Auditor will also assist in refining audit methodologies and contributing to continuous improvement in governance and risk management.
Qualifications

Strong finance and financial audit skills, with experience reviewing financial statements and transactions.
Ability to prepare and interpret detailed audit reports and document findings clearly.
Excellent analytical skills to identify risks, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
Effective communication skills to present audit results and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, CA, CMA) are an advantage.
Knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and relevant financial regulations.
Proficiency with audit tools, spreadsheets, and financial software; attention to detail and high integrity.
