Compensation: ₹7-10 LPA fixed, depending on experience and suitability

Role Overview
We are hiring a Sr. Sales Executive – Engineering & Product Sales to lead the hands-on sale of CEC's engineering products and services. Reporting directly to the Founders, the candidate will initially own prospecting, customer meetings, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure while building a capable inside-sales and field-sales team.
The role will progressively evolve towards team-led revenue ownership, account development, and the creation of repeatable sales processes. It is suited for a self-driven professional who can create structure in a growing organisation rather than depend on an already established sales function.
