Role Description
The Global Head – Business Development is full-time, leadership role based in Mumbai, India. The position is responsible for driving growth of the CDMO (Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization)



business in the Global market with specific emphasis on European and Japanese market, with a robust focus on pharma, agrochemical intermediates and specialty chemicals including electronic chemicals. The role involves strategic planning, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
Daily activities involve collaborating with technical, operations, and regulatory teams to shape value propositions, preparing commercial proposals, and ensuring seamless project onboarding and customer satisfaction. The Global Head will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine business strategies and support sustainable, profitable growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Business Planning and Business Development skills, with proven experience in creating and executing growth strategies in CDMO, specialty chemicals, or pharmaceutical sectors.
