About Devastram

Devastram is a premium D2C brand specialising in beautifully crafted dresses and accessories for Laddu Gopal, Radha Krishna, Mata Rani, Laxmi Ganesh Ji, Ram Darbar and other deities.

We are looking for a Catalogue & E-commerce Executive who can take ownership of our product catalogue, website merchandising, marketplace listings and day-to-day e-commerce operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers and data, and understands how a well-managed catalogue can directly impact online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Catalogue Management
Manage the complete product catalogue across Shopify and marketplaces.
Create current products, SKUs, variants and collections.
Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, barcodes, dimensions and other product attributes.
Ensure every product has complete information before being published.
Maintain accurate mapping of products, variants and inventory.
Regularly audit the catalogue for errors, duplicate products, missing information and incorrect data.




Maintain proper product categorisation and tagging.
Shopify Website Management
Manage day-to-day product updates on Shopify.
Create and update products, variants, collections and product tags.
Maintain product availability, pricing and inventory visibility.
Organise products into appropriate collections such as Designer, Luxe, Festive, Woollen, etc.
Manage collection merchandising and product ordering.
Ensure newly launched products are displayed correctly on the website.
Coordinate website updates for festive campaigns, launches and promotions.
Identify and report website issues affecting product visibility or customer experience.
Marketplace Management
Manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other relevant platforms.
Create and optimise marketplace listings according to platform requirements.
Resolve listing errors, rejected listings, suppressed products
