Role Description The Senior Art Director will lead visual ideation and execution for integrated campaigns focused on Tier 2/3 and rural audiences, ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, and outdoor media. This full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon involves collaborating with copywriters,



account managers, and strategy teams to develop compelling concepts, layouts, and design systems. The role includes overseeing graphic designers, reviewing and refining artwork, and maintaining high standards of visual quality aligned with client objectives and market insights. The Senior Art Director will participate in client presentations, translate briefs into detailed visual directions, and manage multiple projects and deadlines while mentoring the creative team. The position also requires staying current with design trends and leveraging cultural nuances of semi-urban and rural markets to create relevant, engaging communication.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction, with the ability to lead concept development and guide visual storytelling from idea to final execution.
Strong Branding experience, including creating and maintaining brand identities
