We are looking for a motivated Associate Functional Consultant (CRM)- US Shift with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support global clients and assist in software implementation projects.

What You'll Do
Interact with international clients to understand business requirements.
Configure and implement software solutions based on client needs.
Resolve customer queries and support requests.
Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
Assist clients throughout implementation and go-live stages.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Analyze business processes and recommend suitable solutions.
What We're Looking For




6 months to 1 year of experience in a client-facing, implementation, support, or consulting role.
Exposure to CRM platforms or business software applications.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions.
Comfortable working in the US shift.
Preferred
Experience working with international clients.
Software implementation or product training experience.
Strong analytical mindset and customer-focused approach.
