Role Description The Product Specialist (Brand Chef and Training Manager) is an ENTRY-LEVEL designed for FRESH GRADUATES role responsible for guiding product and brand standards across United Restaurants Ltd. On a day-to-day basis, this role designs, documents, and updates recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistency across all outlets. The Product Specialist works closely with the CEO and the operations team to develop, launch and continously establish standards for new and existing products.



This role develops training materials, conducts virtual training sessions for kitchen and front-of-house teams, and monitors adherence to quality and preparation standards. The Product Specialist also reviews performance data, gathers feedback from teams, and recommends improvements to products, processes, and training programs. It is important that you are a chef or interested in developing those skills, whether trained formally or not.

Qualifications

Brand Management skills to ensure all products and training programs reflect the brand’s identity and standards.
Product Management and Sales skills to support menu development, product launches, and revenue-focused initiatives.
Proven culinary background as a chef or brand chef, with experience in recipe development and standardization.
