Role Description The Quick Commerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi/Khekra, responsible for managing and optimizing rapid online-to-offline food orders and deliveries. This role involves coordinating with sales and operations teams, monitoring order flows on quick commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and timely dispatches, and addressing customer queries related to product availability and delivery status. The specialist will analyze sales performance data, adjust product listings and pricing as needed,



and maintain strong communication with platform partners and internal stakeholders. Daily activities also include resolving service issues, updating inventory information, supporting promotional campaigns, and providing feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
