Role Purpose
The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment for our restaurants across locations,



with a strong focus on Food & Beverage Service and restaurant operations positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, institutes and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews for restaurant operations roles.
- Coordinate interviews with Operations and HR teams.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely joining.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with Hotel Management institutes for campus and fresher recruitment.
- Support recruitment drives and bulk hiring requirements for recent restaurant openings.
- Assist in offer-letter coordination, documentation and joining formalities.
- Build a continuous talent pipeline for positions such as Service Crew, Captains, Bartenders, Supervisors and Restaurant Managers.
