What You'll Do
• Lead the overall brand communication across Novella, The First Chapter and other brands under Wevoir.
• Define and maintain brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.
• Review and elevate proposals, presentations, storybooks, social media creatives and marketing collateral.
• Work directly with the Founder on brand positioning, communication strategy and long-term vision.
• Lead campaign planning, content direction and storytelling.




• Guide designers, editors, photographers and content creators to maintain a consistent visual language.
• Build communication strategies that strengthen brand perception and customer trust.
• Review copywriting, captions, websites, presentations and client communication.
• Continuously improve the overall customer experience through thoughtful communication and design.
• Stay updated with global branding, luxury communication and design trends.
Who We're Looking For
• 5–10 years of experience in Brand Communication, Creative Strategy or Marketing.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Robust design sensibility and an eye for aesthetics.
• Someone who naturally notices details and believes luxury lies in simplicity.
• Experience working with premium, luxury or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Comfortable working with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar creative tools.
