Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.



This position is responsible for managing client relationships throughout the real estate transaction lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-sale support. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable residential and commercial property options, coordinating site visits, and facilitating communication between clients, developers, banks, and legal advisors. The Relationship Manager will maintain regular follow-ups, manage documentation processes, provide market insights, and support clients with investment decisions aligned to their financial goals. The role also involves building a strong pipeline of leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to business growth through excellent service and client retention.
