Project Description
Our Client, one of the biggest Manufacturing house of India, has entrusted us with the augmentation and maintenance of their Modern Trade Platform. They wish to enhance their Lead to Deal Business Process Automation using Zoho's CRM+ platform. This would include Omni Channel Lead Capture, Lead filtration, Lead Scoring, Generative AI based Chatbot Integration to their digital Assets to match leads to Products and convert them to orders.

Role Description
Full-time, in office role based in Kolkata for CRM Specialist certified in Zoho (preferred) . The Developer(s) and Architects will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Zoho CRM+ solutions, integrating systems, managing databases, and creating web services. Daily tasks will include collaborating with teams to automate business processes, ensuring seamless CRM functionality, and providing technical support to enhance service efficiency. Candidates must have prior experience of configuring Omni Channel Campaigns using Web-2-Lead, Email-2-Lead, WhatsApp-2-Lead, as well as Call Centre Solution Integrations.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Software Development and CRM systems, including Salesforce &/ Zoho CRM
Experience with Integration technologies and Web Services development
Strong knowledge of Databases, including managing and optimising BULK database operations
