Job Summary
The Visual Content Creator Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and
managing engaging digital content like visual graphics, Motion graphics, Video
editing, carousels, thumbnails, and brand visuals across social media platforms to
strengthen the company’s brand presence, support product awareness, and ensure
compliant communication in line with pharmaceutical industry guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and design compelling visual content, including videos, reels,
motion graphics, carousels, infographics, and social media creatives,
ensuring brand consistency and platform optimization across LinkedIn,
Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging digital
platforms
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing
objectives
• Manage and maintain the company’s official social media accounts




• Promote Pharmaceuticals & Nutraceuticals products responsibly while
adhering to regulatory and ethical guidelines
• Coordinate with internalteams (marketing, medical,regulatory)for content
approvals
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a qualified and timely
manner. Must have a ORM experience
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Support digital campaigns, productlaunches, and corporate communication
initiatives
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Mandatory Skill Set:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content
formats, and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, design, and video
editing.
• Knowledge of Online Reputation Management (ORM) and willingness to
manage audience interactions.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Sui
