What You'll Do
• Manage inbound customer queries via email and chat, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
• Own day-to-day CRM operations on HubSpot — maintaining data accuracy, clean pipelines, and well-organized records
• Build and maintain a knowledge base by documenting FAQs and recurring solutions
• Support onboarding for recent customers, helping them get value from the product early
• Work closely with the CSM to flag issues, manage escalations,
