Job Description: MarTech Product Manager

Location: Remote

Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM IST

Contract Duration: 3 Months, with possibility of extension

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MarTech Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, development, and continuous optimization of marketing technology products and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience across CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Engagement, Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Journey Management. The candidate will work closely with Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, Business, UX, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the MarTech product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business and marketing objectives.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into product requirements, user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.




Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Data/Analytics, UX, Sales, and Business teams to deliver product enhancements and recent capabilities.
Manage and optimize MarTech platforms, including CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Customer Engagement, Campaign Management, and Personalization platforms.
Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Drive customer segmentation, personalization, targeting, and campaign optimization using customer and behavioral data.
Partner with Analytics and Data teams to define product KPIs, dashboards, success metrics, and performance reporting.
Analyze customer, campaign, and product data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure delivery based on business value and customer impact.
