Role Description

Lead Business Analysis (Senior Business Analyst) Position Summary UST is seeking an experienced Lead - Business Analysis (Senior Business Analyst) to drive business analysis, process discovery, requirements management, and solution definition for SmartOps and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, AI-enabled, and automation-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Consulting, Process Transformation, or related roles. Proven experience leading requirements gathering and business analysis activities for large-scale enterprise programs. Robust expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Experience working closely with business stakeholders,



product owners, architects, engineering teams, and executive leadership. Hands-on experience with process analysis, workflow optimization, business process modeling, and solution definition. Understanding of Intelligent Automation, Workflow Platforms, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities. Experience creating business requirements, user stories, process maps, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities Lead business discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements elicitation activities to understand business challenges and opportunities.
