Role Description

Solution Architect (SmartOps) Position Summary UST is seeking an experienced Solution Architect (SmartOps) to lead the architecture, design, and governance of intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise architecture, automation platforms, AI/ML technologies, and system integration patterns, enabling the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-focused solutions that drive digital transformation and operational excellence. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture, Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, or Software Engineering. 5+ years of experience designing and implementing automation, AI/ML, and data-driven enterprise solutions. Proven experience leading enterprise-scale solution design and implementation from discovery through production deployment. Strong expertise in solution architecture, systems integration, API-led connectivity,



cloud-native architectures, and enterprise application modernization. Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Workflow Automation, AI/ML platforms, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks. Solid understanding of cloud platforms, security frameworks, compliance requirements, and operational governance. Excellent customer-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and business engagement skills. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
