Job Description
Brief Job Description:
To perform GL Accounting & Management Reporting.
Preparation of journal entries.
Intercompany accounting activities.
Reconciliations.
HFM & BPC reporting.
P&L; Analysis.




Forecasting.
Periodic sales reporting.
Perform other industry-specific activities.
Periodic reporting of performance metrics and dashboards to management within stipulated timelines and defined quality standards.
Monitoring and review of activities to ensure no SLA/KPI is missed.
Create and deploy internal controls across sub-processes.
Identify pain areas within the process and develop action plans for smooth functioning of the process.
Key Accountabilities:
Meet the key performance indicators set by the Manager.
Manage own deliverables along with team deliverables and ensure all SLAs are met.
Acquire business knowledge, perform process deep dives, and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure close activities are performed as per the agreed close calendar.
Ensure SOPs are updated on time and approved as per the agreed client approval cycle.
