Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with architects, interior designers, builders,



and corporate clients, and expanding Sidrons’ presence in target markets. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and showroom presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms. The role will also involve working closely with the design and operations teams to align client requirements with Sidrons’ product offerings, track market trends and competitor activity, and provide input on sales strategies and product positioning. The Business Development Manager will be expected to manage a sales pipeline, meet or exceed revenue targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and represent Sidrons at industry events, trade shows, and client visits.
