Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our supply chain and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inbound operations, vendor management,



procurement processes, and data analysis. The role requires solid coordination skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to ensure smooth operational execution across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Operations:
Manage and monitor inbound shipments from vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely receipt of materials.
Ensure accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing and inventory reconciliation.
Track shipment status and resolve inbound-related issues promptly.
Maintain records of incoming materials and inventory transactions.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with vendors for order fulfilment, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
Maintain vendor master data and documentation.
Support vendor onboarding and compliance processes.
