About the Role
BHANORA INDUSTRIES LLP is looking for a Production & Ground Operations Executive to support our transformer manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day shop-floor activities, production coordination, material handling, quality coordination, and ensuring smooth factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily production and shop-floor activities.
Assist in manufacturing of Current Transformers, Control Transformers and other electrical transformer products.
Coordinate processes such as core preparation, winding, insulation, impregnation, assembly, terminal fixing and finishing.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Handle and maintain raw materials, components, tools and production equipment.
Coordinate with production workers, technicians and management.
Maintain basic production records, job cards and material records.
Assist with quality inspection and routine testing activities.
Identify production issues and report them to the concerned supervisor/management.
Maintain 5S,



cleanliness, safety and discipline on the shop floor.
Ensure proper handling and storage of electrical components and finished products.
Support packing, dispatch and other day-to-day factory requirements.
Follow company procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field preferred.
Freshers can apply; experience in transformer, electrical manufacturing or industrial production will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of electrical components and manufacturing processes.
Good practical/technical aptitude and willingness to work on the shop floor.
Ability to coordinate with workers and manage multiple production activities.
Basic computer knowledge for production records and reporting.
Strong work ethic, punctuality and willingness to learn.
