Role Description The Automobile Workshop Supervisor/Job Controller at Gurudev Motors (Škoda Cars) oversees daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, allocation, and completion of service and repair jobs. This full-time, on-site role, based in Chennai,



includes monitoring technician performance, supervising maintenance and repair activities, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The role involves coordinating job cards, tracking work progress, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining clear communication with the service advisors and parts department. The supervisor/job controller is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving service issues promptly, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in workshop processes.
