Role Summary:
Responsible for leading New Product Development (NPD) and production engineering activities for CNC/VMC machining operations. The role includes process development, tooling & fixture planning, product trials, and ensuring a smooth transition from the development stage to mass production while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead new product development from drawing review to production readiness.
Conduct feasibility analysis and process planning for CNC/VMC machining.
Develop machining processes, cycle times, and production routing.
Design and approve tooling, jigs, and fixtures for recent components.
Support PPAP, APQP, and customer approvals.
Coordinate with production, quality, design, and purchase teams.
Improve productivity through process optimisation and cycle time reduction.
Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF quality standards.
